Shipping Time & Methods

Currently, cross-border orders are only available for Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Orders are limited to the 7-11 Cross-Border Home Delivery option.
Once payment and order details are confirmed, we will arrange shipment on the same day or the next working day.

Order Status Notification & Tracking

＊Once the order status is updated to “Confirmed,”

it means your order has already been shipped. At this stage, we are unable to interrupt the process or modify order details,

merge/split orders, change payment method, or adjust shipping method. Please ensure all information is correct before checkout.

＊If you need to update your shipping address or phone number, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once the

order has entered the shipping process, modifications cannot be made.

＊To track your order status, please log in to your member account and check under “Orders.”

＊To cancel an order, please contact customer service while the status is still “Processing.”
Once the order has entered the shipping process, cancellations will no longer be possible.
