Return Policy

Product Return Period

You may return products within 7 days of receipt. The 7-day period is a cooling-off period, not a trial period. Please contact customer service within 7 days if you wish to return an item.

Return Instructions

Returned items must be unused and free from damage or defects caused by human factors. The 7-day cooling-off period is for reconsideration only and is not a trial period. Please keep the item in its original packaging (including outer carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
・Exceeding the 7-day return period
・Item has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors
・Incomplete packaging, or missing invoice/accessories
・Malicious or excessive returns
・Color differences due to display screens (considered normal)

※ If inspection reveals human-caused damage, a 25% repair fee will be charged; in severe cases, the return will be refused


Return Process

Contact customer service → Prepare product & packaging → Send to designated address/store → Refund arranged after inspection
For returns due to personal reasons, shipping is borne by the customer. For product defects (photo/video required), shipping is covered by 720

Refund Instructions
Credit card payments: refund will be credited to the original account.

E-invoices: if an allowance certificate is required, no need to return the invoice; we will handle it automatically.
Corporate invoices: after issuance of the allowance certificate, you will receive an email. Please print the four-copy form, stamp with your seal, and mail the first and second copies to:

Refunds will be recalculated: if the return causes the order to no longer meet promotional discounts (e.g., Buy 2 get 5% off), remaining items will be recalculated at original price. Refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchange Policy

We only provide returns. Exchanges are not available.



International Returns

For overseas orders, only defective returns are accepted.

No other international returns or exchanges are accepted due to shipping complexity. All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
Please send photos of defective items within 7 days. Once confirmed as non-human damage, refunds will be issued as store credit or a special discount code.
