I. Important Notes :
1.When purchasing 720 sports optical eyewear, please visit the official 720 website to check the correct prescription range and fitting recommendations for the model you purchased.
2.For maintaining 720 sports eyewear, we recommend regular cleaning with clean water or 720’s dedicated cleaning solution, and wiping with the inner side of the 720 microfiber pouch to ensure lens quality and extend product lifespan.
Do not use alcohol or chemical solutions to wipe the lenses, as this may damage the coating.
Avoid contact with hard objects that may scratch the lenses.
When not in use, place the eyewear inside the 720 microfiber pouch and hard case.
Do not store in cars or high-temperature enclosed spaces.
II. Warranty Service :
1.This product comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
2.If a manufacturing defect is found, you may apply for a replacement within 7 days of purchase by presenting this warranty card, original proof of purchase, and the complete product at the original place of purchase.
3.During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions under normal use, please return the complete product together with this warranty card to the 720 Customer Service Center for warranty repair service.
4.If the product is damaged due to improper use during the warranty period, you may apply for a replacement of the same style and color at 60% of the original price (limited to one time). If the product is discontinued, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent item.
5.This warranty only covers the 720 product itself, and does not apply to accessories or complimentary items.
III. Service Charges :
The following situations are not covered under free warranty and will incur material or repair fees:
1.Warranty card does not bear the authorized 720armour dealer stamp.
2.Product has exceeded the warranty period.
3.Failure to present this warranty card or original proof of purchase.
4.Warranty card has been altered or is unclear/unreadable.
5.Product combination/model does not match the original proof of purchase.
6.Product damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters).
7.Product damage during warranty period caused by human factors such as misuse, alteration, or abuse.
*Your statutory rights under consumer protection laws are not affected by this warranty.
